Sekvora is incredibly easy cloud storage with AI assistant, built with privacy in mind:
- AI assistant - helps you search and organize files using natural language (processed by your chosen AI provider)
- No data mining for advertising - we don't sell your data or show ads
- Minimal data collection - we only collect what's necessary to provide the Service
- Secure infrastructure - all data transmitted over HTTPS, database encrypted at rest
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign up with Google Sign-In, we receive:
- Your name
- Email address
- Google account ID
- Profile picture (optional)
Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Files metadata (name, size, type, upload date)
- Storage usage statistics
- Basic analytics (page views, feature usage)
- IP address and browser information
Payment Information
For paid plans, Stripe processes:
- Credit card details (we never see your full card number)
- Billing address (used for tax calculation and compliance)
- Payment history
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service - Store and deliver your files

- Process payments - Handle subscriptions and billing

Email Communications

- Welcome email (required) - Introduces Sekvora features on signup

You can manage your email preferences in Settings or unsubscribe via the link in any promotional email. Welcome and notification emails cannot be disabled as they contain essential information.
4. Information We Do NOT Collect for Advertising
- Browsing history - We don't track your activity outside Sekvora
- Location data - Beyond IP-based country detection for compliance
- Third-party tracking - We don't share data with advertisers
Note on AI features: Our AI assistant helps you search and organize files using natural language. You provide your own API key, and AI requests are sent directly to your chosen provider. We do not routinely access your file contents, but have the technical capability to do so when legally required.
5. Data Storage and Security
Infrastructure
- Files stored on Cloudflare R2 (globally distributed)
- Database hosted on Neon (encrypted at rest)
- All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption
Access Controls
- Strict access policies
- File content accessed only when legally required or with consent
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your data. We share information only with:
