By accessing or using Sekvora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sekvora is an incredibly easy cloud storage with AI assistant that allows you to:

  • Upload, store, and organize files with simple drag-and-drop
  • Search and manage files using natural language AI commands
  • Share files with password-protected links
  • Access your files from desktop web browsers (mobile not supported)

All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored on encrypted infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or share illegal content
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Storage Limits

Each subscription plan has specific storage quotas and feature limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page. Storage limits are enforced, and uploads may be rejected if you exceed your plan's quota.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes
  • Taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST, etc.) are automatically calculated by Stripe based on your billing address and added at checkout
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Downgrading may result in data loss if you exceed the new plan's limits

7. Data and Privacy

  • Your files are stored securely on encrypted infrastructure
  • We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service
  • File content accessed only when legally required or with your consent

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload
  • You grant us a license to store and transmit your content as needed to provide the Service
  • Sekvora branding, logos, and code are our intellectual property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Data will never be lost or corrupted
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEKVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay for paid services

Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email notification for material changes

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sekvora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
